Responsible for all aspects of circulation including charging, discharging, card registration and page supervision. Other duties as assigned.
4 day work week, 8 hours per day. Schedule includes 1 evening per week and every third Saturday. Candidate will be asked to cover schedule in the event of staff absence.
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma. One year of public library experience required. Experience with sierra system a plus. Interest in cataloguing a plus.
Preferred Requirements: 2 years’ experience in a public library. M.L.I.S degree or degree candidate. Experience in cataloging a plus.
Starting salary: $35,443. Position will pay $37,237 annually after July 1, 2016. Pro-rated benefit package including paid holidays, sick days, personal time, and 2 weeks paid vacation after one year of employment.
