Responsible for the organization, processing, management, preservation, digitization and building of a high quality archives, special collections, and digital collections, and developing services which will enhance the impact of archives and collections on our students, faculty, scholars and researchers. The University Archivist provides vision and leadership in directing and managing program operations and personnel by setting the program goals, policies, best practices, and assessment metrics for program success and sustainability, by identifying program resource needs, and by facilitating collaborations and partnerships with library and campus units.

Minimum Qualifications:

ALA-accredited Master’s degree in Library/Information Science or an advanced degree with relevant experience in archives and continuing education.

Three years of experience working as an archivist in an academic or research setting.
