US Digital Asset Management Paid Intern, Bynder, Boston, MA

We are actively looking for a DAM intern to join our Bynder Team in Boston (www.getbynder.com)!
Over the past year we’ve gained traction in the US and noticed that American companies are very open towards our product. Therefore we’ve decided to further invest by extending our DAM team in Boston.
By actively participating in implementations for new clients, communications with partners and resellers, you would be working on the commercial expansion in the United States for our solution.
Your Responsibilities
- Increase Findability of Digital Assets with proper cataloging
- Metadata, Controlled Vocabulary and Taxonomy Design
- Project Management
- Workflow Design
- Metadata Application and Tagging
- Work closely together with customer success colleague with existing projects
- Quality control for image standards, specifications, and metadata entries
- Create templates for data import, clean up data for import
- Help define and implement archive and DRM retention policies
Your Skills
- Interested in online products (SaaS), technology, and Internet
- Native English; Other languages are a plus
- Experience in DAM and/or Customer support is an advantage
- Customer and problem solving oriented mind set
- Soft skills: open, friendly, team player and (very) strong communicative skills
- MLIS student preferred
- HTML, CSS knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of Metadata Standards and Best Practices
- Knowledge of Organization of Information
- Technical High-Level understanding of databases, scripting languages, and SaaS-based technologies
- Good at MS Office
