Job Description:
We are seeking a research analyst to help support multiple PR clients, primarily in media analysis and social media analysis. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support requests for research through secondary or desk research and will be required to prepare reports with findings 
• Work with team members to create a tailored research approaches and methodology suitable for each project, including creating the research questions, search parameters, coding grids, etc. 
• Work on long-term projects and urgent, ad hoc requests 

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience with a BA or BS
• Experience in desk research using online searches and digital tools
• Knowledge of commercial search tools, such as Factiva, Radian 6, Tweet Deck, Sysomos, etc.
• Must be familiar with Boolean logic.
• Able to work on multiple projects in any given day, managing time and prioritizing deadlines accordingly
• Strong attention to detail and a thoughtful, but expedient, approach to problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
