Description:

This 17 hr/wk position reports to the Head of Technology. (14) hours supporting IT services including assistance with projects, maintenance and providing direct user services including training and tech support. (3) hours allotted for collection development (ordering and maintenance) and backup reference desk coverage.

Requirements: 

MLS and 2 years of experience in customer service, help desk, computer training and PC / desktop support and/or demonstrable advanced networking, O/S, and troubleshooting knowledge. Flexible schedule for the right person. The right person is a team player who can also color outside the lines, appreciates a creative, supportive environment, and can bring their A-game every day.
