Client Service Representative, Inmagic, Woburn, MA

We, at Inmagic (a division if Lucidea), are seeking an enthusiastic Client Service Representative who has strong interpersonal skills and a passion for people. You are positive and confident. You are someone who understands the value of customer-service, who is goal-oriented and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility and be accountable for your support tickets until they are completed and the client is satisfied with our service.
  • Respond promptly to calls and e-mails.
  • Properly escalate any potential or outstanding issues arising from customer calls.
  • Liaise with internal teams and refer appropriate calls to other departments when necessary.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required, including pre-sales functions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years previous customer service experience required
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to multitask and work within tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both oral and written) 
  • Good team player with ability to work both independently and within a team 
  • Strong multi-tasker who can handle several phone and e-mail issues concurrently 
  • A Master’s degree in information or library science from an accredited program is an asset
  • Experience with DB/TextWorks and WebPublisher PRO preferred 

A Few Other Important Points

  • Must be able to work shifts between 6am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
  • May require evening, weekend and/or holiday shifts.
  • Occasional travel will be required
