Shrewsbury Public Schools is currently accepting applications for an Elementary Media Specialist, for the 2015-2016 school year. The Elementary Media Specialist will ensure that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information, and empower students to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic readers, and ethical users of information. The Elementary Media Specialist will work to instill a love of learning in all students and ensure equitable access to information, and will align the School Library Program with the mission, goals and objectives of the school and school district. This position will report to the Director of Instructional Technology and Media Services and the Principals of the Elementary Schools.
