Be part of a small but very busy user experience design team working on enterprise software. We are an integrated practice team serving the UX needs of 7 different agile scrum teams.
Can you take a project with a minimum set of requirements and run with it?
Are you an independent worker with the right balance of creativity, initiative and drive to move things quickly from concept to completion?
Can you take direction and adapt quickly?
Do you have a strong appreciation and instincts for user research, and a background in user experience design and usability testing?

Responsibilities:
- Arrange and assist the collection, compilation, and analysis of internal sources of user research and data.
- Help maintain the UX section of the company wiki.
- Participate in design review meetings.
- Review the implementation of designs.
- Participate in an agile design/development environment. (And we’re serious about the agile part!)
- Duration and Hours: 3 months, 40 hours per week.
Skills & Requirements
- Applicants working towards a Master’s Degree in HCI, UX or relevant discipline are preferred.
- Good instincts and abilities for collecting and analyzing user research
- Strong attention to detail, and a creative, open-minded, persistent and highly-collaborative mindset
- Ability to take direction, but still be self-driven and comfortable communicating ideas and points of view.
- A portfolio of previous work for discussion.
