Summer 2015 Internship – Nonclinical Writing and Documentation, Takeda, Cambridge, MA

Job Description:

Takeda is seeking an Intern to join them in the nonclinical writing and documentation group this Summer (May-August).  The internship will be paid ($18.00 – 25.00/hour, depending on year of graduation).  Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s of Master’s degree program to be eligible.

The intern will be responsible for:

  • Archiving and maintenance of electronic and hardcopy records for nonclinical and pharmaceutical sciences studies.
  • Assisting Nonclinical Writing and Documentation group with tracking and archiving of internal and external data files, and maintaining archiving index.
  • Assigning regulated study protocol and report numbers on request; create, upload, and track electronic documents in validated electronic document management systems (Documentum, Qumas).
  • Assisting manager with transferring of documentation from CROs to appropriate archiving facilities.
