Digital Intern (part-time), Newton Free Library, Newton, MA

The Newton Free Library is seeking a detailed oriented team member to work on digital and department specific projects.  The tasks include uploading and resizing images, working with Special Collections materials, assisting with retrieving and shelving materials and other duties.

Qualifications: Basic filing skills (a-z, numeric, decimal); basic math skills; computer and Dewey cataloging skills; familiarity with Windows, Word Processing, typing skills (40 words per minute); ability to lift (up to 20 lbs.) and push loaded book trucks.

Hours: 12.5 hours/week

Compensation:  $9.00/hour
