IIS Content Management & Publishing provides global access to best-in-class content, custom applications and publishing services to internal Fidelity investment professionals. We do this through the management of libraries, e-journals, and e-content sources, and intranet portals.
Primary Responsibilities
Content analytics – Enhance and refine usage metrics of print and digital content used in portals and physical libraries. Integrate internal and external metrics to ensure new usage tracking methods are fully integrated. Analyze use of underlying external content sources based on user profiles. Use data mining to prepare specialized reports.
Provide onsite customer service to answer IP and IC inquiries that relate to InfoCenter collection
Perform data normalization and updating of the online catalog. This is required to support the Library moves and print to digital migration.
Education and Experience
Library Information Science degree or equivalent
Skills and Knowledge
Working knowledge of cataloging and metadata standards.
Advanced MS Excel experience for data analysis activity and visual charting.
Experience using an integrated library system such as EOS or Sydney Plus.
