  1. Explore some kind of mutually beneficial partnership with a university special collections or other repository that has both trained staff and a stated mission supporting preservation and access
  2. Draft MOA between MCC and potential repository for the transfer of the collection
  3. Address deterioration and format obsolescence of analog and digital holdings
  4. Develop priority lists for the digitization of materials
  5. Work with archival partner to prepare metadata (so it can be hosted by www.digitalcommonwealth.org)
  6. Produce detailed, multi-media finding aid for the Web
  7. Make [curated selection of] archival collection itself available on the Web.
