After School Program Coordinator – The Becket Athenaeum, Becket-Washington’s Community Library, seeks an energetic and dynamic professional to coordinate and run its successful after school programs, Homework Helpers and High Hopes, which run Tuesday – Friday, 3:00-5:00 pm. Responsible for after school program development and implementation as well as various administrative tasks.
BA and background in education with prior experience working with elementary, middle and high school children preferred.
This is an immediately available, grant-funded, 12-hour a week, nine-month position that runs on the public school calendar and pays $14 an hour. There may be an opportunity to work additional hours filling in during vacations and Saturdays as an assistant librarian as well.
