Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and standardize images with metadata for the asset management system.
• Ensure compliance with metadata standards to improve asset searchability.
• Provide photo assets with metadata including filenames and keywords.
• Review legacy metadata for accuracy and address inconsistencies.
• Assist in creating finding aid records for video assets.
• Maintain access procedures for efficient asset retrieval.
• Support and train users on the digital asset management tool.
• Troubleshoot with the digital asset management system, Extensis Portfolio.
• Assist with archival photo-related projects and update the user manual documentation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree. Recent graduate coursework in digital asset management.
• Experience with digital asset management systems and metadata standards.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
