Office Manager (Full-Time),Wayland Free Public Library, MA

Full Time/hours: 35 hours per week

Union/Grade: Library Association / L-5

Salary Range: $58,750 – $76,664

The Town of Wayland Free Public Library seeks qualified candidates for the Office Manager position. This position involves administrative and technical duties requiring a substantial degree of independent action. Major responsibilities include library office management, budget and financial accounting, payroll processing and administration of personnel records.

Recommended Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related endeavor.

Experience: Over three (3) years of progressively responsible office administration in a library setting. Supervisory experience preferred.

Substitutions: Additional years of relevant education may be substituted for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.
