Collective Wisdom: Libraries, Archives and Museums (LAM) Conference Exchange

So much can be learned when we step outside our comfort zone.

Applications are now being accepted for a distinctive professional learning and leadership opportunity that brings together libraries, archives, and museum (LAM) sectors.

Funded by IMLS and sponsored by the Coalition to Advance Learning in Archives, Libraries and Museums, Collective Wisdom: LAM Conference Exchange seeks to strengthen the connections across LAMs for continuing education and professional development (CE/PD) and help break down barriers between sectors.

A select cohort of archives, library, and museum representatives will jointly attend four major LAM conferences in 2016, explore cross-sector practices and culture, and share insights and emerging recommendations with the field about potential partnerships and collaborations to advance cross-sector learning.

Ideal applicants will be excited to make connections across sectors, enthusiastic about contributing to the cohort and the field, and interested in sparking greater collaboration and innovation for CE/PD across LAMs.

Applications are due by February 23. For more information and to apply: http://www.coalitiontoadvancelearning.org/projects/
