Key Responsibilities:
- Support team and corporation in issues related to metadata and corporate compliance, information retention, protection and intellectual property concerns
- Monitor the group email box; manage incoming requests for digital images submitted by business partners
- Manage the archiving of images into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) application, entering advanced-level metadata to be used as search criteria
- Accurately maintain and update image database, following set procedures
- Assist in image purchases and searches for the corporation
- Tracking and trafficking multimedia assets, allowing easy and timely access in the DAM application
- Help document and enforce processes for file management of image and multimedia assets into the DAM application
- Contribute ideas and suggestions, collaborate with team to improve the application and workflow processes

YOU bring:
- Masters in Library/Information Science (preferred), or business-equivalent combination of training and experience
- 1+ years experience in corporate or creative Digital Asset Management with multimedia assets (preferred)
- Basic skills in Adobe® Photoshop® and InDesign®; proficient knowledge of photo production process, different types of still and video file formats
- Familiarity with North Plains Telescope (preferred) or similar DAM system
- Copyright knowledge related to media use in a corporate environment
- Experience working with metadata, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies
