Lab Manager, User Research Center at Harvard Library, Cambridge, MA

The User Research Center at Harvard Library seeks a Lab Manager to provide point-of-need support for library staff using equipment in the URC. The URC provides equipment, space, and training resources for library staff to perform systematic, forward-thinking, and user-centered assessments of library services, spaces, and digital resources. The person in this role will oversee the asset management and online documentation for the URC and will supervise student lab assistants. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. This position reports to the Library UX Specialist. This is a one-year term appointment that will end no later than November 2016. This appointment is one year from  the date of hire.
