The Thomas Crane Public Library in Quincy, MA is seeking an experienced Cataloging & Technical Services Librarian to supervise our technical services department.
This full-time position manages all aspects of system-wide bibliographic maintenance and materials processing with the goal of maximizing discoverability of collections, including setting criteria and standards for cataloging and processing; supervising and assisting with technical services activities; ensuring an efficient process for making materials available to the public quickly; and developing and implementing technical services policies and procedures.
The salary range for this 35-hour per week position is $55,532 – $65,420 in six steps. Starting salary depends on experience.
