Job Description

Enquiron is hiring a Technical Projects Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Projects Coordinator, you must be a highly-motivated professional who is willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamically-changing environment. This position will have a primary responsibility for assisting the Business Applications Manager in keeping work items and projects on track, and delivering results on time, every time. The Technical Projects Coordinator will report into the Business Applications Manager and is responsible for key functions that impact all areas of the business, including clients and end users. The operations department works closely with cross-functional team members in marketing, product development, sales, business development, technology, and client support on most initiatives. The role is a combination of learning, fun, and growth that provides rewards, both personally and professionally. The Technical Projects Coordinator will be permanently located in the Boston, MA office with a requirement to report in to the office during normal business hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time).

Job Requirements

As a Technical Projects Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver requests and programs as follows:

  • Process client renewals, on a monthly basis or as needed and work with Business Applications Manager to streamline renewal process
  • Manage Registration Portal including any questions regarding duplicates, renewals and non-renewals
  • Manage unique ID lists for groups that do not utilize policy numbers
  • Handle all one-off client data entries to accommodate new sign ups, renewals, and non-renewals
  • Generate monthly reports to send to sales and business development teams, including clean-up, customization, and streamlining of reporting
  • Assist with execution of miscellaneous projects:
    • Data clean-up projects in various platforms, including but not limited to proprietary client production system, CRM and marketing automation systems
    • Working with our proprietary client production system importer and client files
    • Assist the Accounting and Vendor Relations Specialist in trouble-shooting and resolving invoice-related inquiries, including pulling reports and adjusting client records as needed.
    • Work with Business Applications Manager in managing client sites and making systematic changes and updates to client sites
    • Assist with client implementations, initial client set-up, and QA-ing new client groups in the system
    • Develop strong familiarity with client records and most common issues that cause access issues, and work with client services to troubleshoot access issues
    • Work with Business Applications Manager and Technology department in testing new functionality and features prior to rollout
    • Point person for all client and internal enhancement requests
    • Own, manage and optimize management of the internal IT Ticket Queue; Track all initiatives via product road-map, and manage launch schedules
    • Liaise with existing Vendor relationships on bugs/improvements/changes
    • Work closely with Product, IT, Marketing, Sales and Operations to coordinate and communicate the go-to market activities of new products and product enhancements
    • Coordinate and synthesize internal and external communication sources for new product opportunities

To qualify for the Technical Projects Coordinator position, you must have a strong ability to execute projects in a timely and professional manner. You must have a proven ability to learn about and adapt to new technologies quickly and also quickly demonstrate a working knowledge of the internal systems.

Additional requirements of the Technical Projects Coordinator include:

  • Requires a minimum of one-to-three years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a smaller, rapidly growing, entrepreneurial organization
  • Experience with a proprietary client production system, CRM (Salesforce.com) and Silverpop or other email service platforms is a plus
  • Experience managing technical projects; creating project plans, tracking against milestones and delivery timelines
  • A willingness to be hands on and self-start regularly scheduled projects in order to meet organizational expectations, and accept guidance from the Business Applications Manager
  • Positive attitude, highly-motivated, competitive and a self-starter
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Capable of managing competing priorities and possess strong time management skills
  • Maintain a high level of activity and work effectively in a results-driven culture
  • Ability to adapt to change in a highly-dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of CRM, Salesforce.com, and webinar delivery platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, Silverpop, is a plus
  • Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS
