Under the supervision of the Department of Psychology Director of Administration, the Web Content Coordinator(s) will migrate web content from various sources into the new web content management system.
Responsibilities:
- Completes basic training on content entry in the OpenScholar content management system
- Managing a list of assigned pages in Excel
- Gathering content from various sources, including the current website, external websites, and word documents
- Entering content in the new system via copy/paste and manual typing
- Assigning images and other metadata to pages
- Formatting content once entered by applying styles (headings, bulleted lists, tables, etc.)
- Adding hyperlinks in content
- Uploading images and documents
- Adding events to the online calendar
