Provide business and legal research experience and skills that are focused on Corporate, Corporate Governance, Leveraged and Merger & Acquisition transactions. Support the related practice areas in both NY and firm wide while participating as part of an overall NY research team that includes the library reference staff and information specialists in other practices.

Information Specialists, under the direction of the Director of Research Services, share information, advice and mentoring with and to the practice attorneys, Research Services, and Knowledge Management teams in order to facilitate research, provide expertise to others and provide guidance on new KM initiatives from a user’s perspective. The Information Specialists also track deals and assist Business Development with deal related information.
