This internship will provide an opportunity for the candidate to support the Business Continuity and Records Management functions through use of technical skills.  The candidate will assess current SharePoint environments develop a plan for redesign and implement the changes to improve SharePoint sites for Corporate Strategy and Risk.

The position will support the areas through the following tasks:

• Assess current SharePoint environments for the Corporate Strategy and Risk Team 
• Develop strategies to streamline SharePoint resulting in stronger user adoption for CSR Team
• Redesign/build new SharePoint sites for program use for both continuity and records management teams
• Improve reporting processes for Records Management program reporting

Qualifications

Minimum of intermediate level SharePoint Skills, MS Excel, MS Access

Current enrollment in an accredited degree program

A major in Information Technology strongly preferred

Hours/Week

40 working with Manager RIM and another manager for the team

Start/End

Start date: May 26

End date: Mid-August  

Compensation

Paid on a scale based on year of college completed
