This internship will provide an opportunity for the candidate to support the Business Continuity and Records Management functions through engagement with multiple departments across the Bank.  The candidate will participate in program meetings and will learn the basics of Business Continuity and Records Management from an enterprise program perspective.

The position will support the areas through the following tasks:

• Assist Records Manager as to support department program liaisons responsible for drafting documentation of Record Retention Schedule (RRS) interviews of department resources
• Participate in quality assurance process for business continuity program
• Improve reporting processes for Records Management program reporting

Qualifications

Familiar with Microsoft Suite of applications, MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint

Comfortable engaging with diverse set of department staff

Current enrollment in an accredited degree program

Hours/Week

40 working with Manager RIM and another manager for the team

Start/End

Start date: May 26

End date: Mid-August  

Compensation

Paid on a scale based on year of college completed
